Scaling advertising is not only a media buying challenge. It is also an operations challenge. Teams that grow too quickly without a reliable account, funding and support workflow often create avoidable friction.
Start with platform planning
List the platforms you intend to use, the countries you want to target and the business verticals you plan to advertise. This makes it easier to review account availability and platform fit.
Prepare business information
Keep company details, websites, landing pages, payment information and authorized contacts organized. Verification requirements vary, but incomplete information can slow down onboarding.
Confirm tracking compatibility
Before increasing spend, confirm whether your pixel, conversion API, analytics stack and event mapping are compatible with the account structure you plan to use.
Build a funding workflow
Campaigns should not pause simply because balance requests are unclear. Define top-up timing, settlement method, records, minimums and confirmation steps before launch.
Document support expectations
Know who to contact, what information to provide and how cases are reviewed. This is especially important when running across several platforms or client accounts.
